Dean Santoro was born and raised in the state of Connecticut. He was educated in the public school system where he developed a passion for music, poetry, technology, current events and politics. At the young age of 14 years old, he was already campaigning for Ronald Reagan!

Dean is running for Congress to help restore a constitutionally minded government. He believes what he learned in school about our founding fathers and the struggles they endured to craft a free society are principles worth fighting for. He has been and always will be an advocate of limited government, a strong military and sound fiscal policy. Dean is a true conservative. A true Republican.

Theodore Terbolizard, a fifth generation Californian, was born Leap Year Day, February 29th, 1968 in Mountain View, California, as Theodore Jonathan Hommel. In his adult life, he has primarily been an artist, musician, internet developer and spokesman, also known as Terbo Ted.

In 2003, Terbolizard briefly entered the California Governor Recall Race at the request of friends, associates and small collective organizations, but he terminated his last-minute campaign before the general election. His brief experience as a candidate at that time- as well as his interest and volunteer work for other candidates' campaigns- have inspired him to continue working towards a political career.
